Project description

Seingim has been entrusted with the MEP design for the redevelopment of the former sanatorium in Gorizia, which will house a new integrated territorial health system. A total investment of 40 million euros for a project covering an area of 12,000 square meters.
Specifically, it consists of a “Community Hospital” with 45 beds, an access point to the health and social-health care system; a “Territorial Operations Center” with the function of coordinating home services with other health services.
In order to accommodate the new functions safely and in accordance with the principles of sustainability, the intervention includes, in addition to the structural renovation and internal reorganization, the renovation of the technological systems and the improvement of the building’s energy performance.
