Restoring a historical artistic building called “Palazzo Mandelli” located in Venice, Cannaregio 1757
The project as a whole was executed along with a numerous group of partners coordinated by the DE BASIO Progetti firm. The main objectives of the work were seismic improvement and retrofitting, increasing energy efficiency, functional recovery and restoration of the historic artistic Mandelli building, directly overlooking the Grand Canal in Venice. In particular, Seingim used the BIM approach to design the electrical, special, and water-based fire extinguishing systems.
