Project description
The Hotel, built in 1994, is spread over several levels, of which 4 underground and 7 above ground, for a total gross surface area of 17,357 m² and it has 323 rooms including 11 suites.
The project carried out foresaw the renovation of the bedroom floors, the restyling of the basement, ground and mezzanine floors.
Works have been developed systems serving the renovated building volumes and plant adaptation interventions on existing technological areas.
