Project description
Following the 2035 Florence Airport Development plan whose aim is to dismiss the current runway, Seingim has evaluated and designed a photovoltaic plant in order to produce electricity using solar power sources in the northern – western area of the current airport runway. In this case, the compatibility of this new design concept has to match with the civil aviation’s restrictions, especially the ones regarding the safety issues arising from the glare phenomenon.
