Project Description
The project involves the redevelopment and heating of a large urban area in the Municipality of Bergamo, straddling the railway axis and the urban railway station, through the creation of new residential and commercial areas , a new school campus and the modernization of the existing hospital complex.
Seingim conducted a series of feasibility studies comparing various innovative plant solutions for heating, cooling and domestic hot water production to serve the entire district, using renewable energy systems such as heat pumps powered by photovoltaic panels.
