Designing the 2,751.28 kWp photovoltaic system in the Ex Ausidet area (Lot 15) in Porto Marghera, VE

Seingim carried out the work on behalf of ENIPROGETTI with the task undersigned by ENI New Energy. The system was built within the limits of Lot 15, which falls under the category of Site of National Interest (S.I.N.) of Venice Porto Marghera on the macro island called Nuovo Petrolchimico, with an overall surface area of approximately 8.8 hectares, of which 2.2 hectares are certified as MISP (permanent safety) and on which no further solar modules will be installed. The site belongs to the City of Venice. The system was connected to the facility’s Medium Voltage electrical network and the point of delivery is inside a pre-existing electrical switchroom (Switchroom 34), again located inside the facility and the property of Versalis. he type of network connection is ASAP (Other Self-Generation Systems) and the system was registered as “self-consumption”. This type of configuration required the consumer units inside the ASAP to be from a single company or companies belonging to the same group. The existing electrical network from Switchroom 34 was used up to the connection with the National Transmission Grid/Terna by means of Station 4 (6/30/220kV). The connection pathway was created in compliance with the connection quote issued by the distributor to ENI Versalis and drawn up on 18 July 2018. The space occupied by the system (modules + Main switchroom/Power Station) is a large part of the surface area available in Lot 15 inside Nuovo Petrolchimico, with an overall surface area of approximately 5.3 hectares.
