Project description

The 12 industrial buildings included: Production Buildings, Storage warehouse and silos, Electrical sub-stations, Logistics and workshop facilities, Administrative and dispatch office buildings, Other services facilities.
The Detailed Design was based on a 3D Model developed in REVIT and it was focused on information required for direct procurement of items and sub-contracting of overall assembly activities.
The Consultant provided assistance during the procurement phase: Technical Bid Evaluation of Vendor Offers, Technical support during Q&A and Final review of Bid Technical Specification.
